[Remote] VP Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Strapi is a leading open-source Headless CMS with a rapidly growing customer base including major companies like Amazon and Toyota. They are seeking a VP of Marketing to own the global marketing strategy, drive demand generation, and enhance brand positioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own Strapi's global marketing strategy (team, KPIs, narrative, and category positioning)
- Drive pipeline through scaled inbound channels, data-driven experimentation, and growth loops
- Build and activate a global partner ecosystem to drive co-marketing, joint GTM, and partner-sourced pipeline
- Translate Strapi's capabilities into sharp positioning and messaging for developers, marketers, and Sales
- Strengthen Strapi's brand as the leading open-source headless CMS across website, content, and storytelling
- Grow and leverage Strapi's open-source community as a core acquisition channel, in authentic partnership with DevRel
- Align tightly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, pipeline quality, and customer growth
