[Remote] Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – 100% Remote

TalentPop App is building a team of top-tier Virtual Customer Support Agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, assisting with orders and technical concerns, and providing friendly support in both French and English.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with orders, technical concerns, and general inquiries
- Customer Experience: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support in every interaction
- System Navigation: Use tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions
Skills
- Bilingual Fluency: C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken)
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms and online tools
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download)
- Reliable computer (Intel i5 or equivalent minimum)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Quality headset with microphone
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO, call center, or SaaS preferred)
