They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter to join their Procare CONNECT team, focusing on talent acquisition in senior living, while ensuring efficiency and excellence in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Perform talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Emphasizing attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and customer service
- Address concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for enhancements
- Actively engage in action plans to overcome obstacles
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in senior living
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within senior living
- Prior experience recruiting within senior living, specifically for director-level or higher roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director
- Experience partnering with executive and C-suite level stakeholders within senior living
