[Remote] Vice President of Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ContinuumCloud is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale their marketing function during a period of growth. This strategic yet hands-on role involves building brand presence and driving demand generation in the competitive SaaS landscape, particularly within the behavioral health and human services industry.
Responsibilities
- Designed and executed multi-channel demand gen programs (paid search, SEO, content, email, events, ABM) that consistently delivered measurable pipeline contribution and revenue growth
- Develop and scale brand strategy — including positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice — that increases market awareness and establishes a strong category presence in behavioral health and human services
- Build and maintain a marketing performance framework that measures the ROI of programs on an ongoing basis — not just at campaign close — and translates performance data into actionable budget and strategy decisions at both the team and executive level
- Built content programs and executive visibility platforms that drove organic reach, inbound interest, and industry recognition
- Partnered closely with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria, optimize lead handoff processes, and build shared pipeline accountability between teams
- Recruited, developed, and retained marketing talent across brand, growth, content, operations, and product marketing functions
- Established reporting frameworks and attribution models to measure both brand health metrics (share of voice, NPS, aided/unaided awareness) and pipeline ROI
- Managed and optimized multi-million dollar marketing budgets, balancing investment across brand awareness and performance channels to maximize both long- and short-term returns
- Collaborated with Product on launches, competitive differentiation, and enabling the Sales team with compelling messaging, collateral, and playbooks
Skills
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of building demand generation programs AND a recognizable, differentiated brand — simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate the ROI of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, with experience translating performance data into budget and strategy decisions
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, brand positioning, and marketing operations
- Experience developing compelling brand narratives, visual identity guidelines, and thought leadership platforms
- Hands-on experience with modern martech stacks (Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, and similar platforms)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance brand investments with measurable pipeline outcomes
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams across brand, growth, and operations functions
- Excellent cross-functional communicator with the ability to align Marketing with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience marketing to healthcare, behavioral health, or human services organizations a strong plus
- MBA a plus
