[Remote] Lead Analyst, Creator Strategy and ROI

The Lead Analyst, Creator Strategy & ROI owns the analytical backbone of creator programs, turning performance data into clear strategy, recommendations, and reporting for brand partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-led creator strategy : size opportunities, prioritize creators, and shape program design using performance, audience, and cultural signals
- Own end-to-end ROI measurement for creator initiatives, including framework design, KPI definition, test design, and post-campaign readouts
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that quantify impact across awareness, engagement, consideration, and downstream conversion where available
- Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for internal teams and senior client stakeholders, including quarterly and annual business reviews
- Partner with the Head of Agency to inform creator roadmaps, media mix decisions, and go-to-market plans using both historical results and forward-looking modeling
- Standardize measurement playbooks (baseline benchmarks, control methodologies, incrementality logic) for repeatable use across clients and campaigns
- Contribute to pre-sale intelligence: opportunity sizing, scenario modeling, and proof-of-concept analysis to support pitches and renewals
Skills
- 2–4+ years in analytics, media strategy, or measurement at a media agency, creator/partner team, or large brand-side marketing org
- Direct experience with creator and audience analytics platforms such as CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs, Talkwalker, StatSocial, YouGov, and similar tools used for planning and measurement
- Strong background in digital/media metrics (reach, frequency, engagement, CPx, lift, funnel metrics) and how they map to business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel/Sheets, BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and basic querying (SQL or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to turn fragmented datasets into clear, executive-ready stories and recommendations
- Experience collaborating with media buyers, planner teams, and creator/partnership leads on planning and optimization cycles
