[Remote] UX/UI Designer (LATAM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rapptr Labs is a product development agency specializing in mobile and web applications for startups and established brands. They are looking for a talented product designer based in Latin America to design intuitive, beautiful experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Participate in client presentations and feedback sessions
- Contribute to design systems and component libraries
- Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
Skills
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app and web design work
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Fluent English (written and verbal) - you'll be communicating directly with US clients
- Based in Latin America (GMT-3 to GMT-6 time zones preferred)
- Available for overlapping work hours with US Eastern Time
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with React Native or Flutter constraints
- Motion/animation design skills
- Experience with user research and testing
- Previous agency or consulting experience
