[Remote] Time and Labor Senior Analyst

The Time and Labor Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring service levels for clients are met by managing timekeeping systems and supporting the Time and Labor team in various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping systems including:
- Requirements
- Testing
- Roll-out
- Support Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems
- Ensuring all processes are being followed by the team
- Support for any ad hoc reporting
- Monitor and recommend actions to enable teams to meet Service Level Goals
Skills
- Understanding of workforce management concepts
- Strong working knowledge of time entry systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to travel up to 10% if needed
- Working knowledge of timekeeping
- 3 to 5 years' experience as an analyst
