[Remote] UX Designer (all genders)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Serrala is the global leader in finance process automation, seeking a UX Designer to shape intuitive user experiences across their FS3 product portfolio. The role involves conducting user research, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance usability and deliver exceptional experiences for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centred design solutions
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user experiences for enterprise applications
- Plan and execute usability testing to validate and improve designs
- Define information architecture and interaction patterns for complex business processes
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems aligned with UX best practices and SAP Fiori standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Present design concepts and recommendations, incorporating feedback into iterative solutions
- Drive continuous UX improvements through user feedback, analytics, and emerging design trends
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- 3+ years of work experience in UX design
- 2+ years of professional experience working with SAP Fiori Guidelines, SAP Theme Designer and/ or SAP UI5 Applications
- Expertise in user research, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design insights and solutions
- Proficiency in Figma for creating prototypes and managing design systems
- Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori development and an interest in UX design, or UX design experience with a strong interest in front-end development and implementation
- Advanced knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to diverse audiences
- A curious, fast-learning mindset and a strong commitment to staying up to date with UX trends, SAP standards, and emerging technologies
- Interest in enterprise business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, or Material Management; prior ERP or SAP experience is highly desirable
- Initial experience facilitating and conducting workshops
