[Remote] Transformational Consultant (AI)

They are seeking a Principal Transformation Consultant to lead customer engagement programs and implement large-scale networking projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer engagement programs related to NVIDIA data center scale ensuring project timelines, SLAs and quality standards
- Drive technical strategy, planning, and execution with customers, internal collaborators, and partners
- Developing comprehensive technical delivery plans to optimize the customer experience to minimize operational disruptions, optimize cluster performance, increase customer resilience, pre-emptive maintenance, and drive overall smoother operations
- Engage and build internal and external customer relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working with executives, engineering teams, and external partners and ensuring visibility and informed decision-making
- Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions
- Work closely with consulting, solutions, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set correct expectations and keep the scope of the projects on track to successful execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep customer savvy managing complex programs, especially with strategic customers with complex hardware and software architectures and requirements
- Superb leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
- Comfortable defining and driving customer programs with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Experience with IT service delivery lifecycle and methodologies
- Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships
- Ability to design in-depth, complex technical solutions
- In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level
- Knowledge of embedded systems and AI solutions is a plus
