[Remote] Territory Account Manager - Indianapolis

As a Territory Account Manager, you will drive sales and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting the roll-out of innovative products in oncology and rare diseases.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our radiopharmaceutical products
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Skills
- 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings
- Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes
- Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals
- Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player
- Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically
