[Remote] Territory Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is currently hiring two Territory Account Managers to support the West Coast and Mountain Region territories. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned customer portfolio, requiring strong field execution and technical sales expertise.
Responsibilities
- Represent INS and its partners professionally to existing customers and new prospects
- Drive consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets within top regional accounts
- Develop and maintain a healthy funnel of qualified opportunities across the assigned region
- Lead customer engagements, conduct lead follow-ups, and convert prospects into long-term business
- Understand and communicate customer needs, tailoring solutions that align with INS’s portfolio
- Leverage internal and external resources to present the right solution at the right time
- Navigate complex customer and partner organizations to build consensus and accelerate growth
- Act as the internal quarterback to coordinate with SEs, ISRs, Solutions Sales, and Service teams
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure client expectations are fulfilled
- Enter quotes and support order management, when necessary, as a backup to Customer Service
- Develop strong working relationships with strategic accounts, industry influencers, and partner contacts
- Maintain thorough understanding of networking, wireless, automation, and IoT products and how they apply to customer applications
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in technical sales or industrial networking/automation
- Proven success in customer-facing roles with complex product solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with networking, wireless, automation, and IoT technologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguous customer requirements and closing deals
- Hunter mentality – proactive, self-starting, and highly motivated
- Ability to effectively collaborate across internal teams and partner organizations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management systems
- Experience delivering technical presentations and developing account strategies
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and grow existing customers
