[Remote] Technical Recruiter / Delivery Manager - Entry Level

They are seeking an upbeat and motivated Delivery Manager to support their Strategic Accounts Recruiting team by matching top talent to opportunities and developing creative recruiting resources.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to qualify technical requirements with hiring managers and lead the team in relevant search strings
- Continuous effort towards building out your leads list out
- Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified IT professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire employment
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates, preparing resumes for presentation to clients, and coaching candidates through the client interview process
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants, including obtaining leads and referrals
- Make proactive calls to build relationships and grow the internal database of cleared candidates
- Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and clients
