[Remote] Technical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is seeking a high-performing Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across cleared and technical programs. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and leveraging advanced recruiting tools and AI-driven workflows to attract and close cleared talent.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines
- Source and engage candidates using:
- Clearance Jobs
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Internal databases and referrals
- Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate technical, cultural, and clearance fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and drive interview processes, feedback, and closures
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking, scorecards, and reporting in Greenhouse
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, recruiting automation, etc.) to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency
- Build and maintain pipelines for cleared and technical roles across DoD and federal programs
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or an approved equivalent AI solution
- 2 years recruiting in the cleared recruiting environment
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline
- Comfortable working in Greenhouse-driven structured workflows
- Data-driven and process-oriented
- Experienced using AI to enhance recruiting performance
- Confident managing multiple requisitions in a high-accountability environment
