They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the TGS Lightspeed MBSE Development project, focusing on the development and integration of multi-domain models into a unified architecture while managing technical risks and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Directing the end-to-end development of the Lightspeed MBSE architecture and ensuring the seamless integration of multi-domain models into a unified digital source of truth
- Proactively identifying and mitigating programmatic and technical risks while leading a "middle-out" modeling strategy to infer logical layers from high-level technical inputs
- Leading Contractor-led Walkthroughs for Service Provider and USSF leadership, acting as the primary technical interface to ensure zero "critical" validation errors
- Developing and maintaining integrated master schedules (IMS), budgets, and quality standards using both traditional and Agile methodologies
- Ensuring the final architecture natively supports USSF Cameo workflows and the broader DoW digital engineering ecosystem across RF, network, and software segments
- Establishing standards for federated modeling and API-based integrations to be replicated across other MANTECH programs
- Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all USSF and DoW digital thread requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, or Computer) and 12+ years of progressive experience in complex defense acquisitions
- Advanced technical leadership experience managing MBSE programs within the DoD or modern digital thread environments
- Specialized depth in systems engineering and MBSE (SysML/Cameo) to validate models across a federated architecture confidently
- Proven ability to lead technical development with minimal day-to-day customer support, making high-stakes decisions based on high-level data
- Deep expertise in space segments, network topologies, and API-based digital integrations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Master's or Ph.D. in technical engineering discipline and OCSMP Level 4 (Model Builder - Advanced) certification
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) or federated API architecture
