[Remote] Tech Process Senior Associate - YouTube - Media

The Tech Process Senior Associate will play a crucial role in implementing and executing media campaigns, ensuring they are launched seamlessly and perform optimally through collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Setup and traffic media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., display, social, video, search)
- Ensure accurate ad placements, targeting parameters, and creative assets are delivered to media partners
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues
- Collaborate with ad operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance
- Conduct thorough testing of campaigns across different channels and devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve any rendering or deliverability issues
- Analyze campaign performance data from existing dashboards and platforms to make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
- A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Provide campaign performance results in comparison to industry and internal benchmarks
- Review campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Media Delivery Manager
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance
- Assist in preparing post-campaign analysis and recommendations
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in media activation, ad operations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ad serving technologies such as Doubleclick
- Proficient in media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and communicate issues to team lead and collaborate on troubleshooting
- Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
