[Remote] Team Lead Recruiting
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TriVoca Health is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to drive quality and performance across the recruitment team. This role involves coaching and operational oversight to ensure recruiters meet their goals while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and respondents.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of recruiters through daily coaching, real-time feedback, and ongoing development
- Monitor calls regularly and deliver constructive, timely performance feedback
- Review daily production metrics to ensure team members are meeting individual and team goals
- Maintain an active presence to proactively address blockers and keep the team productive
- Effectively brief recruiters on new studies, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TriVoca systems, supporting team members in resolving issues quickly
- Maintain a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and how recruiting outcomes impact downstream operations
- Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and share best practices across the team
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required
- Experience with recruitment or call center platforms
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and quickly learning new tools
- 1–3 years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
- Background in hospitality or operations management a plus
- Minimum 1 year in a market research, project coordination, or operations-focused role preferred
