[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Hollister Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to support dynamic HR functions within a fast-paced environment. This role involves onboarding, administrative management, and vendor invoicing processes, providing valuable experience and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate invoice submissions from benefits vendors, ensuring accurate reconciliation and prompt processing
- Oversee unemployment invoice administration with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage invoicing related to engagement initiatives to meet departmental goals
- Prepare and submit expense reports for senior HR leadership, including the Sr. Manager and VP
- Facilitate learning management system tasks to support employee training programs
- Post job openings accurately within Paylocity to attract top talent
Skills
- Demonstrate a proactive, action-oriented approach with quick learning capabilities
- Display meticulous attention to detail in invoice and expense reconciliation
- Effectively juggle multiple administrative responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience supporting HR functions in a fast-moving environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with Paylocity and other HRIS systems is preferred
- Additional HR certifications are a plus
