[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate invoice submissions from benefits vendors, ensuring accurate reconciliation and prompt processing
  • Oversee unemployment invoice administration with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage invoicing related to engagement initiatives to meet departmental goals
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for senior HR leadership, including the Sr. Manager and VP
  • Facilitate learning management system tasks to support employee training programs
  • Post job openings accurately within Paylocity to attract top talent

Skills

  • Demonstrate a proactive, action-oriented approach with quick learning capabilities
  • Display meticulous attention to detail in invoice and expense reconciliation
  • Effectively juggle multiple administrative responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience supporting HR functions in a fast-moving environment is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and other HRIS systems is preferred
  • Additional HR certifications are a plus
