[Remote] Supply Chain Project Manager

The Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and process improvement plans, ensuring optimal resolution for patient accounts and staff efficiency through data analysis and collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes data resources to compile, manipulate, and analyze data for research, project support, and quality review
- Identifies, researches, and recommends standardization opportunities in product utilization and processes
- Communicates and presents project documentation, status, outcomes, and trends to internal and external management
- Manages and facilitates project committees, including arranging meetings, agendas, presentations, and maintaining minutes
- Advises all levels of management on developing and implementing strategies in quality, process efficiency, and project management
- Creates comprehensive project plans encompassing both IT and business deliverables
- Manages all communication throughout the project life cycle, including status updates to Executive and Senior Leadership
- Oversees project status, anticipates potential roadblocks, and communicates issues with Senior Leadership
- Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and pass all quality reviews accurately and efficiently
- Collaborates with staff and leadership across departments to research processes and develop project scope
- Participates in multiple projects, balancing priorities and planning tasks under Senior Leadership direction
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Ability to use discretion when discussing personnel/patient-related issues that are confidential in nature, responsive to ever-changing matrix of hospital needs and acts accordingly
- Ability to perform without close supervision
- Proficiency in managing, creating, and maintaining project reports for process improvement
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Self-motivator, quick thinker with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in performance of basic math functions
- Communicates professionally and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor's four-year college degree in business administration, health administration or related field
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Previous analytics experience
- Experience in a clinical area
