They are seeking a Strategy Consultant for their Crimson Rise program, responsible for guiding young students and their parents in developing academic, extracurricular, and personal developmental goals.

Responsibilities

Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including Course selection Developing healthy study habits Recognizing and building on strengths Finding and maintaining an innate love of learning Guide Students In Pre-college Extracurricular Strategy, Including Pinpointing and owning interests and dislikes Exploring new extracurriculars and hobbies Deepening established extracurriculars and hobbies Brainstorming personal projects Summer activity planning Guide Students In Personal Development, Including Goal-setting Stress management Time management Reflection on priorities, interests, motivators, and strengths Guide Students In Additional Developmental Work, Including Building tailored reading lists Improving vocabulary Exploring majors and careers Taking supplementary online classes Help students become happy, healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in their inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world around them Expertly support students through their Crimson Rise journey Meeting with students at least once a month from the start of their program Excellent student feedback, as determined by session feedback and NPS Adherence to established service protocols and timely responses to clients Skills Bachelor's degree from a top University; advanced degrees will be advantageous Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus Superior written and oral communication skills Resilience when working independently under pressure Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred Company Overview Crimson Education specializes in tutoring , athletic scholarship consulting, extracurricular advising, and leadership mentoring services.
