Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of royalty distribution models across a diverse portfolio of licensing programs Oversee royalty methodologies, data collection and analysis, review and analysis of model results, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy, transparency, scalability, and operational excellence Collaborate with internal and external experts and stakeholders to enhance systems, tools, and methodologies Skills MBA, or Advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent professional experience Strong analytical, modelling, forecasting, and data interpretation capabilities Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex distribution, compensation, royalty, or financial allocation models Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences Experience overseeing operational processes, workflows, and resource planning in a fast-paced environment Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills Company Overview A pioneer in voluntary collective licensing, CCC has been dedicated to advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation since its inception in 1978.
