[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

Ayvens is shaping the future of sustainable mobility and is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with Corporate Accounts. The role involves maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships while adhering to contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- To fully contribute to the achievement of the company’s existing business annual targets
- Maximise sales & profitability of all accounts within your portfolio
- Identify and develop client objectives through working with senior stakeholder relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service & account management to allocated account portfolio
- Ensure the customer requirement are fully specified, understood and communicated; that service levels meet customer expectations and to keep the company informed on all relevant customer activity – both risks and opportunities
- Visit customers, as appropriate, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the customer’s organisation
- Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments
- Provide regular and accurate reporting as required on activity and maintain the CRM database
Skills
- Previous Contract Hire Account Management experience (fleets over 250 essential)
- Experience of implementing new accounts at a “project manager” level
- Working with multiple stakeholders in addition to the customer
- Influencing, Persuasion and Relationship building
- Solution Delivery and Ownership - ability to look at new ideas & approaches
- Effective Time Management, Organisational & Delegation skills
- Excellent Communications skills – verbal and written
- IT Literate
- Commercial Awareness and Decision Making
- Vehicle Industry knowledge
