[Remote] Staff Product Manager, Governance

Webflow is building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and they are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Governance to define and deliver enterprise-grade identity, security, and access management capabilities. In this role, you will drive strategy and execution across roles and permissions, governance, and workflows to enable organizations to securely scale their collaboration across Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and strategy of Webflow’s access control, identity, and governance capabilities, ensuring they scale to our largest and most strategic customers
- Be the voice of our largest customers, working alongside go-to-market teams to shape our enterprise motion and translating field insight into product direction
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute on your vision and deliver impact
- Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company
Skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of executing at a high velocity to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences
- Fluency in enterprise security and governance - identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks, and understand how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt these capabilities
- Understanding of website and AI technologies and the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize their sites
- Ability to be a systems thinker and able to zoom out to understand how a feature fits into the broader Webflow product and strategy
- Ability to thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Curiosity and openness to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
