- Define the strategy for public APIs, integrations, GraphQL, webhooks and developer tooling
- Build the operating model for production AI agents, covering observability, evaluations, guardrails, governance and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Establish best practices for AI product development across latency, cost, accuracy, tool calling and model lifecycle management
- Drive platform architecture across multi-tenant systems, configurable workflows and enterprise scalability
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define technical standards, launch processes and evaluation frameworks that support long-term growth
Skills
- 6+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS

- Platform Product Management experience, owning capabilities used across multiple product teams
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, developer platforms and data architecture
- A hands-on builder mindset—you enjoy solving complex technical problems rather than coordinating delivery
- Experience within fast-paced startups or scale-ups
- Experience in PropTech, FinTech or ERP platforms would be advantageous but isn't essential
Benefits

- Opportunity to define AI platform strategy from the ground up
- Hybrid working in Austin, with remote candidates across the US also considered
