[Remote] Staff Product Manager

The role involves translating customer needs into actionable roadmaps and ensuring the success of AI investments that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with domain product managers and the AI Stack product manager to deliver intelligent, high-value solutions in multiple product domains
- Translate customer needs and market opportunities into ROI-driven roadmaps, and guide initiatives from discovery to launch and adoption
- Have end-to-end ownership of operations and outcomes for a portfolio of AI-enabled solutions
- Ensure that Conga’s AI investments create measurable business outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with domain product managers and the AI Stack product manager to identify opportunities where the AI platform can power new solutions
- Help shape the next decade of enterprise AI by building new capabilities and agentic experiences
- Shape AI-enabled solutions that will redefine how our customers work and succeed
- Translate long-term product vision into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Apply strong fundamentals in product management—market analysis, requirements definition, and lifecycle management
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity, influencing executives and cross-functional partners alike
- Drive data-informed decision making by defining, tracking, and acting on meaningful success metrics
Skills
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS and AI platforms
- Managed or built AI/ML enhanced products or features
- Demonstrated success in building scalable platform strategies that drive downstream product innovation
- Deep understanding of agentic AI/ML technologies
- Highly familiar with SaaS market dynamics and integration strategies (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft)
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous environments while anticipating competitive and technology shifts
- Ability to translate long-term product vision into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Strong fundamentals in product management—market analysis, requirements definition, and lifecycle management
- Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity, influencing executives and cross-functional partners alike
- Drive data-informed decision making by defining, tracking, and acting on meaningful success metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles
- Clear and concise speaking skills
- Strong listening skills to foster connections with clients
- Advanced degree preferred
- Understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running
