[Remote] Sr Full Stack Software Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana is a leading U.S. healthcare company, and they are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to produce scalable software solutions. The role involves all stages of software development, including front-end and back-end development, and requires collaboration with Agile teams to deliver impactful software.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of developers with deep experience in frontend technologies, distributed microservices, and full stack systems
- Work across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
- Work with cloud native stack, build on Azure, AWS, or Google, use technologies like Kubernetes
- Write effective REST APIs and technical documentation
- Write automated test cases to ensure correctness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the software product
- Provide expertise to influence project, initiative, and maintenance technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages
- Maintain modern development standards with best-practice approaches and development processes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or combination of education and relevant IT experience
- 4+ years' experience in Python programming
- 4+ years' experience in software engineering
- 2+ years' experience in at least one of the following: Angular, React or Vue.js
- 2+ years' experience in at least one of the following: Java or Node.js
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or another cloud service
- At least 1 year of experience in building micro frontends and/or micro services
- Master's Degree
- Advance experience in Microsoft Azure
- Experience in Building Domain Driven Microservices
- Advance experience in building software with Cloud native technologies
- Experience in SASS, W3C Web Standards, Web performance, Cross-browser compatibility
- Advanced understanding of web modular design patterns
