[Remote] Sr. Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ansira is a marketing and technology organization seeking a Sr. Account Executive for their Channel division. This role focuses on driving net new business growth, managing complex sales opportunities, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new business growth by partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to achieve revenue goals
- Support Channel Business Development and growth initiatives focused on new logo acquisition by helping execute strategy, monitor KPIs, manage priorities, and drive measurable results
- Represent Ansira professionally with prospects, clients, partners, internal stakeholders, and at industry events, social media engagements, and other growth-focused opportunities
- Focus on achieving new business goals through strategic new logo acquisition
- Build relationships with prospective clients through collaboration with Ansira marketing, BDRs, subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders to engage and convert new opportunities
- Identify and execute revenue-generating outbound and inbound business development initiatives
- Support strategic planning and goal-setting processes by identifying gaps, obstacles, and opportunities related to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Analyze sales and market data to identify areas of focus, sales enablement needs, and technology or process improvements
- Continuously evaluate business development performance against market conditions and adjust approaches as needed
- Partner with Marketing to develop new ways to attract and engage leads while helping optimize marketing investment and sales ROI
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that support business development success
- Partner with Channel stakeholders to stay aligned on solutions, offerings, client needs, market developments, and growth opportunities
- Bring a strong passion for growth, business development, and achieving ambitious goals as part of a collaborative team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience preferred, ideally within marketing, technology, or channel sales environments
- 10+ years of consultative sales experience with closing large, complex sales deals and cycles (origination experience a plus)
- Experience selling a full-service product suite offering end-to-end marketing services with ongoing support/run models
- Proven track record of developing and executing complex sales strategies involving C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to learn new service and technology solutions and translate them into effective growth strategies for new logo acquisition
- Strong understanding of marketing, technology, and channel industry trends, buyer needs, and business structures
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
- Experience working with budgets, sales metrics, and performance data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and/or other CRM and marketing automation platforms
