[Remote] Business Support Specialist, Technical Writer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is the world's 3rd largest supplier of global solutions within transport and logistics. The Technical Writer will create simplified work instructions, playbooks, and quality alerts by collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting the Quality Department and Program Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive SOP’s from the client and organize for transference to SWI templates
- Write simplified SWI’s by utilizing SOP’s
- Update SWI’s by working with site leadership, SME’s/Supes
- Support teams in writing Playbooks for leadership roles or programs
- Submit drafts to SME’s for approval
- Track document update closure for timely implementation
- Submit documents to document control
- Support the quality team with internal audits
- Other duties as deemed necessary by manager

- In-depth understanding of level 1 and level 2 documentation

- Must have a minimum A.A/A.S or equivalent hands-on experience
