Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various CVS Health teams
- Manage emails, schedules, and data entry tasks
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Organize digital files and documents
- Handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Perform basic research and compile information as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company data
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous administrative, customer service, or data entry experience
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
