[Remote] Social Commerce Coordinator, Creator & Affiliate Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adquadrant is scaling its Social Commerce division with a clear goal to build one of the strongest creator-led commerce engines in the market. The Social Commerce Coordinator will support day-to-day execution to grow client GMV, increase creator output, and improve workflows in a hands-on role.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program management across multiple clients
- Assist with creator outreach, follow-ups, re-engagement messages, affiliate approvals, sample coordination, and campaign setup
- Help identify creators who are a strong fit for client products, campaigns, and performance goals
- Support paid affiliate / creator activation workflows, including tracking creators, deliverables, product shipments, posting status, and performance
- Maintain organized creator lists, outreach trackers, sample trackers, and campaign documentation
- Help ensure creators receive clear instructions, product information, timelines, and expectations
- Support product sampling workflows inside TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center
- Help monitor sample volume, approval status, creator acceptance, shipment status, content output, and product availability
- Flag operational issues quickly, including low sample acceptance, out-of-stock products, weak creator response, or low content throughput
- Assist with backend tasks such as approving samples, creating campaign links, checking affiliate settings, updating trackers, and escalating issues
- Partner with internal team members to make sure sampling strategy is being executed accurately and consistently
- Support the Social Commerce team with client agenda preparation, weekly updates, and tactical account notes
- Pull performance updates and help organize insights for client calls
- Assist in documenting what is happening across each client account: creator activity, sampling progress, content volume, GMV trends, blockers, and next steps
- Prepare internal updates and collaborate with senior leadership on go-forward strategy
- Support follow-up tasks after client calls to ensure execution does not stall
- Update dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports tied to creator and affiliate program health
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sample volume, creator acceptance, video output, clicks, conversions, GMV, content performance, and affiliate activity
- Help identify tactical opportunities, such as products that need creator re-engagement, campaigns with low sample-to-video conversion, or creators who should be reactivated
- Maintain clean, accurate data so the team can make better decisions faster
- Assist the Social Commerce team with prospect audits when needed
- Help collect and organize information related to TikTok Shop setup, affiliate activity, sampling volume, creator performance, product availability, and obvious growth blockers
- Support the development of repeatable audit templates that can eventually become more standardized and automated
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator operations, social commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on exposure to creator outreach, influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, marketplace operations, or e-commerce campaign execution
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many small moving pieces at once
- Comfort working in spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where process is still being built
- Strong written communication skills
- Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to do the tactical work
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
- Experience supporting creator, influencer, or affiliate programs for e-commerce brands
- Agency or multi-client experience
- Experience with DTC brands, marketplace selling, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or social commerce
- Familiarity with creator sampling workflows
- Experience supporting client reporting or client meeting prep
