[Remote] Short Form Content Scriptwriter

They are seeking a talented Short-Form Content Scriptwriter to write compelling scripts that capture attention and drive conversions, working closely with creative strategists to produce high-performing videos.
Responsibilities
- Write engaging, persuasive scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Transform creative concepts and briefs into polished, ready-to-film scripts
- Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
- Write scripts for founder stories, product demos, testimonials, UGC, street interviews, and educational content
- Adapt messaging to fit different creators, audiences, and brand voices
- Revise and optimize scripts based on creative feedback and performance data
- Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and account managers throughout the production process
Skills
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content
- Experience writing performance marketing, direct-response, or social media content
- Ability to write conversational, authentic scripts that feel native to the platform
- Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and editing skills
- Ability to quickly iterate and produce high-quality work
