Remote Service Center operator
For one of our clients we are looking for an RSC Operator. As an RSC Operator you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and supporting operational systems within the Remote Service Center (RSC). You ensure that processes run smoothly, incidents are detected and resolved on time, and that operational standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT, Engineering, or Technical fields Experience in a control room, operations center, or similar environment is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in shifts (if applicable) Good communication skills Stress-resistant and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of IT systems and monitoring tools Team player with a responsible attitude What Will You Be Doing? As an RSC Operator, you will monitor systems and operational processes within the Remote Service Center to ensure continuity and efficiency. You will detect and report incidents, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational disruptions. You will be responsible for maintaining system logs, following operational procedures, and ensuring that service levels are met. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and contributing to process optimization. Accuracy, attention to detail, and quick response times are essential in this role.
