Games Lead ( Casino + Live)
About the role You will own casino end to end and report directly to the Co-CEO. Your remit includes slots, RNG and live casino games. You will curate the launch library and the discovery experience, and you will run the exclusive-game programme — proprietary slots, instant games and live formats commissioned from studios, designed for the Yes audience that discovers and shares games on TikTok and Instagram. What you'll do Build the launch casino and live casino lobbies as media-rich, swipe-to-play discovery experiences, and decide what we curate from suppliers and how it is presented. Own the exclusive-game development: commission proprietary slots, instant and social crash games from studios, and make the mechanical design calls that shape them. Tune the games we offer — RTP, volatility, max win — per market and per audience, and manage certification timelines so they launch on schedule. Own Live Casino products: curate the live table and game show games in our offering and manage the branded-table relationships with our partner studios, as well the design of bespoke shows and new live formats. Work closely with analytics on competitive and performance data, creative on art and IP, and with engineering on platform integration and product content generation pipeline. What we are looking for Deep casino product expertise. Developed literacy in game mechanics and math across slots, instant games, crash and live tables. You understand RTP, volatility and max win and can reason about tuning them, and you play and follow these games yourself. A next-big-thing instinct. You read the competitive landscape — you can see a game and name the studio and provider behind it — and you spot what is about to break out, on TikTok, on Kick, in crypto, wherever it starts. You understand why formats like crash work, not just that they make money. The judgment to commission and shape original games, lobbies and experiences, not just merchandise a library. You can turn an idea into a studio brief and see how an existing mechanic can be repackaged into something new. The ability to own and manage slots, live casino and instants — your interests and experience span across all gaming subproducts. An understanding of what young, social-first players want and what makes a game clip and spread, in a market where bonuses are restricted and curation, original content and the experience are the levers that matter. Ideal background We are open to candidates with diverse background and experience but we are especially keen on: 3+ years of working experience in casino operators (e.g., 888, Unibet, LeoVegas, BetMGM, VirginCasino, etc.) 3+ years of product development and/or product management experience Experience in fast-growing businesses and/or startups Nice to have Interest in emerging betting, gaming and other entertainment formats Experience in launching products in regulated industry Location We would prefer you based in London or Malta. We will consider a fully remote arrangement for an exceptional candidate.
