Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- 2–3+ years of experience in supply planning, analytics, or a reputed company discipline
- Strong proficiency in reputed company and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience writing reputed company SQL queries and working with relational databases
- Experience using programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced data analysis and modeling using tools such as SQL, R, and Python
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory strategy, replenishment, and safety stock modeling
- Ability to design and automate data workflows and analytical models to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to communicate insights clearly
- Strong mathematical reasoning and ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to solve reputed company problems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Logistics, IT, and Supply Chain Operations
- Experience optimizing key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, in-stock levels, and inventory flow
- Familiarity with large-scale data environments and integrating multiple data sources
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, or reputed company field
