[Remote] Senior Solution Consultant – Ohio Valley

The Senior Solution Engineer is responsible for driving the adoption of Digital Workspace products and solutions in large scale enterprise accounts, consulting with customers on their needs and influencing product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Architects) and guide them through their digital transformation journey
- Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes
- Present our Digital Workspace technical & business value proposition at industry events
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value
- Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends
Skills
- 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or a related customer-facing role; big plus for experience with End User Computing experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management and end point security
- Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences
- Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
