[Remote] Senior Account Executive

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive responsible for driving new business growth and expanding enterprise accounts across the U.S. market. This role involves leading complex sales cycles, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and delivering strategic solutions tailored to client needs.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV deals)
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles (3–9+ months)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota ($1M+ ARR)
- Proficiency in English (C1–C2 level) is required; this is a U.S.-facing role with executive-level client interaction
- Experience selling BPO services, outsourced operations, or managed solutions is strongly preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
