Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of family needs, strengths, and challenges via tele-health. Develop and implement individualized service plans aimed at enhancing family stability and child well-being. Provide case management services, including connecting families with community resources such as housing assistance, mental health services, and educational support. Offer counseling and support to families facing various challenges, including parenting stress, domestic conflict, and economic hardship. Monitor client progress, document all services accurately, and maintain confidential records in compliance with all regulations. Advocate for clients' needs within various social service and governmental systems. Collaborate effectively with other professionals, agencies, and community partners involved in family support. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior social workers and interns within the remote team. Stay updated on best practices in social work, family support, and tele-social work. Respond effectively to client crises and facilitate appropriate interventions.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field. Current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent clinical licensure in
Utah
. Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience providing direct social work services, with a focus on families and children. Demonstrated experience and comfort with providing services remotely using tele-health technologies. Strong knowledge of child welfare, family systems, and community resources relevant to

. Excellent assessment, crisis intervention, and case management skills. Proficient in client record-keeping and tele-practice management software. Must possess a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private, secure workspace. Strong ethical compass and commitment to client confidentiality.
