InvestCloud, a global leader in wealth technology, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead digital transformation and product innovation for financial services organizations. This role involves collaborating with product and sales teams to drive technical solutions, mentoring a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring client engagement to fuel revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, acting as a strategic advisor on both technical and business fronts
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to drive product innovation, identifying market opportunities and shaping new solutions that generate revenue
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, including engineers, analysts, and consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused solutions
  • Partner with the product team to influence the development roadmap, ensuring that client feedback and market trends are integrated into product innovations
  • Drive the discovery process for clients, leveraging your expertise in financial services technology and digital transformation to architect tailored solutions
  • Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives, positioning InvestCloud as the leading solution in the financial services industry
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing client relationships and fostering growth opportunities through consultative selling
  • Provide internal thought leadership by sharing best practices and driving excellence across teams, promoting a culture of innovation

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, with a strong focus on financial services and digital transformation
  • Expertise in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a heavy focus on C-Suite Executives
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven experience in collaborating with product and sales organizations to drive product development and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, InvestCloud's PWP, Excel, and other standard industry tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
  • College or University degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Successful track record of leading product innovation initiatives within a financial services firm or fintech environment
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives that align product innovation with revenue generation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to resolving client challenges
  • Experience working across multiple disciplines, including product development, finance, and digital advisory
  • Expertise in consultative sales processes, with a proven ability to drive client acquisition and growth
