[Remote] Senior Revenue Operations Manager

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the GTM team, focusing on developing sales processes and collaborating with various teams to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization
- Oversight of sales processes, ensuring the sales team is following best practices and maximizing their productivity
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the finance and commissions team to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales performance
- Lead core functions within the GTM teams, such as modeling and maintaining sales territories, directing forecast cadence, and enriching CRM data
- Collaborate with the revenue systems team to ensure tools and systems are in place to support the GTM strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for GTM initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Track record of developing and executing project plans cross-functionally
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience with sales technology platforms (SFDC, Claude, GONG are all a plus)
