[Remote] Senior Recruiter – Motorsports & Performance Recruiting – Supporting Ford – (Remote, US)

They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to focus on specialized hiring across motorsports and performance automotive sectors, engaging and hiring top talent while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions
- Manage candidate screenings, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Source and engage passive candidates in niche motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets
- Build pipelines of specialized talent, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business professionals, and leadership candidates
- Use networking, referrals, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define talent needs, and develop recruiting strategies
- Provide consultative guidance on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market competitiveness
- Support intake discussions, calibration, candidate review, and hiring decision alignment
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and compensation data to support hiring strategy
- Build long-term relationships within motorsports, performance automotive, and technical talent communities
- Represent the organization within relevant industry communities, networks, and events
- Maintain accurate ATS and CRM data
- Track pipeline activity, candidate status, and recruiting progress
- Ensure recruiting workflows are organized, compliant, and aligned with business needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent
- Experience sourcing passive candidates in niche talent markets
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools such as hireEZ
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Understanding of vehicle performance systems, racing operations, and automotive engineering disciplines
- Existing network within the motorsports or performance automotive community
- Experience supporting motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, or high-performance engineering teams strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in specialized, high-demand talent markets
- Ability to provide market insight, not just recruiting execution
