[Remote] Senior Program Manager of Learning and Development

TurnPoint Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager of Learning and Development to oversee the design, development, execution, and evaluation of various training programs. This role involves managing training initiatives for technicians and service managers, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of programs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overarching rollout and sustainment of A+CE Technician Excellence and A+CE Service Manager Excellence programs and associated projects focused on onboarding and developing our new and incumbent, technicians and Service Managers
- Manage Area Training Lead to support all aspects of deployment for A+CE for technicians and Service Managers. These trainer will also coach brand trainers when needed and support train-the-trainer efforts
- Establish trusted partnerships and collaborate with AOPs, SVPs, GMs, along with Talent Acquisition, HR team and other key stakeholders to drive program alignment and deliver excellent employee experience for Service Managers and Technicians throughout the Employee for Life Cycle
- Manage all aspects of the Technician and Service Manager program including design, development, implementation, evaluation and reporting on program impact and effectiveness
- Collaborate with L&D training coordinator/LMS administrator on course logistics
- Support change management and communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of programs
- Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear deliverables and timelines
- Measure the impact and effectiveness and prepare reports programs using four levels of evaluation – surveys, application, behavior change and impact analysis
- Work on ad hoc projects as assigned by L&OD Senior Director
Skills
- 8+ years of human resources experience including talent management, organizational effectiveness, learning & organizational development, ADDIE and facilitation skills
- Prior experience in managing and delivering organization-wide and scalable development programs in a highly matrixed organization is required
- Proven experience developing trusted relationships at all levels of an organization including senior levels to drive development programs
- Strong self-organizational qualities, strategic program management, project management organization effectiveness skills and attention to detail to drive quality are essential
- Ability to identify your audience and choose the most appropriate level of detail when communicating both verbally and in written forms to all levels within the organization. Attention to quality and detail is a must
- Excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency. You're able to juggle competing priorities with a focus on timely execution and follow-through
- Level-headed mindset under pressure along with creative problem-solving abilities
- Analytical skills required, including the ability to identify key patterns and trends, generate meaningful insights, and use data to drive informed decision-making processes and solve complex problems
