[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Commerce

They are seeking a talented Product Manager to help shape the future of their platform by driving new feature development and ensuring meaningful value across customers’ supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Engage with early adopters and Stord’s broader customer base to uncover pain points, value drivers, and ideal product capabilities to inform and prioritize the roadmap and backlog
- Build a deep understanding of the market to identify differentiation opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategies to outpace competitors
- Define a clear product vision and roadmap, scoping and documenting detailed requirements for new features in collaboration with engineering
- Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver software collaboratively, efficiently, and successfully
- Drive rapid product iteration, adoption, and growth—ensuring measurable impact on customer value and revenue
- Develop documentation and resources that support customer onboarding, technical use cases, and marketing initiatives to scale adoption and customer success
- Continuously evaluate and reprioritize roadmap projects based on customer needs, company objectives, market dynamics, and KPIs
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to validate priorities and inform product decisions
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into innovative solutions that strengthen Stord’s offering
- Collaborate with the broader product team to refine processes and foster a strong product culture

- Background in e-commerce SaaS and proven success managing product roadmaps
- Hands-on experience across the product lifecycle, from discovery through GTM and adoption
- Technical proficiency and the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments (founding experience a plus)
