[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to outline the product roadmap, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth through data-informed decisions in eCommerce practices.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the eCommerce growth strategy and roadmap; prioritizing features from market, customer, and data insights
- Driving user acquisition and activation, focusing on conversion rates and trial-to-paid conversions
- Identifying and implementing monetization opportunities to increase revenue per customer, including upsell and cross-sell, and optimizing pricing and packaging options
- Maintaining dashboards for core metrics (conversion, AOV, churn, CLTV, cart abandonment) and identifying trends and opportunities
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle; prioritizing by impact and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales on launches and iteration
- Monitoring the market landscape and current best practices; designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests to optimize key flows; partnering on product content, promotions, and merchandising
Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience focused on eCommerce platforms, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools
- Applied knowledge of eCommerce best practices, user experience design, conversion optimization, and payment gateways
- Understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue
- Ability to use data to interpret results, identify trends, and make well-reasoned, data-informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and explain technical trade-offs
- Clear communication skills in writing and verbally across teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science). MBA or equivalent experience welcome
