[Remote] Channel Account Manager - East Coast

The Channel Account Manager role focuses on developing and growing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive business success and support the company's growth in the cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic channel partners across the East Coast
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to successfully position and sell the company's solutions
- Build joint business plans and execute partner-led go-to-market initiatives
- Work closely with direct sales teams to identify and drive partner-influenced opportunities
- Deliver partner training, enablement sessions, and regular business reviews
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline and forecasting through CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns, events, and demand generation activities
Skills
- Strong background in cybersecurity, preferably within Threat Intelligence or Security Operations
- Proven track record of building and growing successful partner relationships
- Experience working with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and strategic technology partners
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a large territory
