[Remote] Vice President, Account Management Suppliers
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ansira is a company focusing on client partnerships and growth, and they are seeking a Vice President of Account Management. This role is responsible for managing client success across a large portfolio, driving profitable sales growth, and leading a high-performing team to meet client goals and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing a client portfolio that delivers $8M - $10M annually
- Responsible for financial health and growth across a portfolio of accounts
- Achieves revenue and margin goals for a portfolio of accounts and is able to lead forecasting, scoping/billing, and revenue recognition discussions with LT
- Accountable for identifying, pitching, and converting growth opportunities in consideration of revenue growth goals
- Strong understanding of the client's business, their context within the industry and competitive position, and how Ansira’s work has an impact
- Understand the capabilities of all agency departments to effectively lead the Ansira team to identify, pitch, and convert sales opportunities
- Ensures the team working on their portfolio understands client goals to meet and exceed expectations and is a participant in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Responsible for the building, development, and professional growth of a high-performing team
- Ensures cross-training and succession planning are woven into the team construct and approach
- Exhibits an understanding of digital delivery across creative, strategy, and technology platforms. Leverages this knowledge to build and fit into a client’s digital transformation agenda
- Thinks and leads strategically; Looks ahead, leads with a vision, and proactively takes appropriate action to drive solutions that accelerate your client's business forward
- Shares accountability with the CE team for overall client satisfaction and client NPS scores across their portfolio of clients
- Supports CE team in escalating red flags for current projects and ongoing work to Sr. Leadership and SMEs and developing the plan for resolution
- Lead overall training and support of your team, helping them grow and mature in their ability to perform their job successfully
- Manages the gathering of information and helps define the storyline for marketing proposals and other decks presented internally and externally
- Manage monthly billing procedures; communicate any budget variances to clients and close any gaps. Manage accounts receivable process for past due accounts
Skills
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing or related field
- 8+ years in a senior role/client services leadership
- Strong experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Digital transformation and digital platform (commerce, content, CXM, CDP, campaign, etc.) project experience both from a delivery and sales standpoint
- A thought leader, comfortable speaking from a position of knowledge with clients and industry leaders and delivering value to our clients beyond what's scoped
- Commands an audience and has a presence when selling

- Proficient in consultative selling
- Experience in both selling and delivering complex technical solutions
- Proven track record in developing client relationships at C-level
- Proven track record of growing accounts and developing new business

- Strong impact storytelling is fundamental and critical in this role
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, including the ability to coach/mentor direct reports
- Fast-paced, multi-tasking, assertive, ability to switch gears quickly, adaptive nature required; Solution-oriented and resolution focused
- Ability to interface with all levels of management, fellow team members, and all clients with a high degree of professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills
