[Remote] Senior Product Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking a Principal Product Designer for a global pharmaceutical company to support the Enterprise Web Initiative (EWI). This role is critical for elevating the quality and usability of digital products while ensuring consistency across the digital brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate the design standard for enterprise digital products by providing hands-on design leadership across EWI-managed web experiences
• Translate product strategy, user needs, and brand vision into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions
• Ensure digital experiences maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy aligned with our client’s enterprise design system
• Support the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and concepting through design, validation, and launch, within an enterprise web governance model
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and resolve complex design challenges while balancing speed, scalability, and quality
• Champion user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards, particularly for healthcare, patient-facing, and provider-facing experiences
• Contribute to and help evolve enterprise design systems, component libraries, UI patterns, and templates to enable scalable product development
• Communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and leadership
• Serve as a quality benchmark for design execution, ensuring solutions meet product, brand, regulatory, and experience standards before delivery

Skills

• Candidates must be able to present 3–5 strong case studies and clearly articulate their design thinking and design sensibility
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design, with demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale digital products
• Extensive experience designing web-based and digital products within agile or product-led environments
• Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms
• Proven success collaborating with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define and deliver solutions
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product thinking, visual craftsmanship, and scalable execution
• Exceptional product and visual design craftsmanship with a strong user-centered mindset
• The ability to translate complex product and business requirements into clear, elegant design solutions
• Deep expertise in digital product design, design systems, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• A proven ability to mentor and influence designers without direct authority
• High attention to detail and sound design judgment at enterprise scale
