[Remote] Senior Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition Specialist will drive customer acquisition by designing and optimizing marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to maximize lead generation and improve conversion efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and other digital channels that consistently achieve lead generation, conversion, and ROAS targets
- Continuously improve campaign performance through audience segmentation, bid strategy optimization, A/B testing, creative refinement, and landing page optimization, reducing cost per acquisition while increasing lead quality and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting across all acquisition channels using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools, ensuring reliable marketing performance data
- Improve organic visibility by executing SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies that increase qualified website traffic and AI search visibility
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign performance, acquisition efficiency, and customer behavior while delivering recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop and test compelling ad copy, messaging, creative concepts, and offers that improve click-through rates, engagement, and conversion performance across all paid channels
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, audience research, content development, performance analysis, and optimization workflows, improving marketing efficiency and scalability
- Successfully manage multiple campaigns across three distinct brands, adapting acquisition strategies, messaging, and channel mix to align with each business's objectives and target audience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns with measurable ROI
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Working knowledge of SEO, attribution, audience targeting, and digital marketing analytics
- Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign performance and marketing workflows
- Google Ads Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work full-time and maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as needed
- Dedicated home office or professional remote work environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and daily business operations
- Meta and/or LinkedIn Marketing Certifications preferred
- Experience with programmatic advertising, AEO/GEO, server-side tracking, or CRM integrations preferred
