[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager Enrollment Communications & Services -Aetna Supplemental Health

The Senior Marketing Manager Enrollment Communications & Services will lead multiple marketing campaigns for Aetna Supplemental Health plan sponsors, focusing on enrollment communications and project management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic enrollment communications plans to support the Aetna Supplemental Health Plans (Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity)
- Work on projects throughout the year, including participating in the creation and maintenance of our member communications toolkit of digital and print collateral materials
- Manage cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting for assigned case enrollment strategies
- Project managing the deliverables of the communications to the plan sponsor
- Coach junior-level colleagues on how to utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and analyze project and program outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement planning for our department and organization to enhance delivery processes and outcomes
- Participate in team training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills
- Minimum 7 + years marketing and/or communication experience
- Proven communication skills, including writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in meeting project milestones
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign and/or other marketing software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Healthcare insurance, enrollment technology, customer service and processes
