[Remote] Senior Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Celebrated Experiences is a leading Luxury Destination Specialist and Hotel Marketing Company based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in driving the execution of Celebrated’s partner engagement strategy, managing marketing initiatives, and enhancing partner engagement through operational excellence and digital marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead data management for our CRM and email marketing database, ensuring clean, actionable advisor data
- Write polished, on‑brand copy for email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, and advisor communications
- Analyze CRM and email performance data to recommend segmentation, optimization, and re‑engagement strategies. Including monthly welcome series for new advisors
- Review engagement data (least engaged contacts, unsubscribes) and maintain healthy, high-performing lists that can be further segmented to drive engagement
- Manage timelines and deliverables for social content calendars. Recommend content themes and social opportunities based on trend monitoring
- Conduct unsubscribes and re-engagement research
- Support website updates and content maintenance across marketing initiatives
- Adapt content for agency internal communication channels (i.e. Slack) to drive engagement with key accounts
- Support content creation and posting aligned with agreed strategy
- Drive overall social media engagement by actively commenting, responding to engagement on our posts, and identifying high-potential travel advisors with strong followings across platforms
- Monitor and engage with key agency account content to strengthen visibility and relationships, including new advisors
- Track performance metrics and share insights with the team to inform future campaigns
- Support test-and-learn social initiatives and stay on top of emerging platform trends to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Create city-based target advisor lists for upcoming sales tours
- Enter and track advisor engagement following in-person tours and virtual events in CRM System
- Provide venue support for meetings, including outreach to restaurants and venues
- Collate final itineraries and documents into polished PDF formats
- Maintain structured folders, asset libraries, and databases
- Ensure that CRM and advisor records are accurate, up to date, and actionable
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, or related field
- Comfortable creating, posting, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong copywriting skills and experience writing short‑form and long‑form content across digital channels
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
- Social media experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is preferred
- Knowledge of Canva is an asset
