[Remote] Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing

They are seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs
- Manage and optimize automated marketing workflows and triggered campaigns across multiple channels
- Partner with the data and analytics team to segment the customer database and deliver highly personalized content
- Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling copy and visuals for all lifecycle campaigns
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention through data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
