[Remote] Senior Manager - Marketing Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. REE Medical is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to own their marketing technology stack and operational infrastructure. This role involves managing marketing operations, data architecture, and leading a team to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own holistic strategy, governance, and operational health of REE Medical's marketing technology stack to enable effective execution and trustworthy measurement across the marketing organization: stack architecture and roadmap, data quality and governance, integration and security in partnership with IT, compliance and data privacy in partnership with Legal, and vendor relationships across all MarTech platforms
- Own HubSpot administration end-to-end, roadmap execution, platform configuration, user management, workflow builds, list management, campaign instrumentation, lead scoring automation, integration touchpoints, and ongoing system hygiene; ensure builds are tested, instrumented, and operating reliably
- Own Referral Rock administration, configuration, integration health, automated triggers, audit trail integrity, and operational hygiene that protects program reliability and the customer experience. Partner cross-functionally to support business needs
- Manage lead routing logic, MQL/SQL handoff execution, SLA monitoring, and integration health between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Manage a direct report (Webmaster and Analytics Manager): website operations, technical SEO, site infrastructure, page deployment, front-end performance, and website data/analytics; responsibility for coaching, performance management, and career development
- Own tracking implementation, UTM hygiene, attribution model execution, and the data architecture that supports trusted weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Own across the marketing stack (duplicate management, list governance, data validation, ongoing cleanup of legacy issues, and proactive identification of data integrity risks)
- Partner with IT on shared services, data integrations, security requirements, single sign-on, and cross-functional platform dependencies that span marketing, sales, and operations
- Support compliance and data privacy requirements: Opt-in and opt-out management, data retention policies, consent tracking, and audit support in partnership with Legal and Compliance
- Manage marketing technology vendor relationships: contracts and renewals, vendor performance review, ongoing platform optimization opportunities, and evaluation of net-new tools that may enter the stack
- Build, maintain, and manage marketing reporting infrastructure: dashboards, automated reports, performance tracking, and the data pipelines that feed weekly performance reviews with the SVP of Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer
- Develop and present weekly platform health and operational performance reporting; contribute to board-level marketing updates and quarterly reviews
- Contribute to annual operating planning, MarTech roadmap, and capacity planning; stay current on VA-adjacent regulatory shifts (PACT Act, VA policy changes) that affect data, privacy, and platform configuration
- Model rigorous, ethical, and disciplined operational practice; mentor the Webmaster/Analytics Manager and contribute to the broader marketing organization as it grows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
- 7+ years of marketing operations, marketing technology, or related infrastructure experience with direct ownership of platform administration, integration, and data architecture
- Proven track record administering marketing automation platforms with configuration, workflow build, integration management, and data hygiene responsibilities
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Marketing operator mindset: strategic thinking, and also a roll-up-your-sleeves and dig in to execute mindset. Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision, takes full ownership of outcomes, and proactively identifies and resolves issues
- People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports; experience developing technical talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting operational metrics to senior leadership
- HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
- Experience marketing in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent categories is preferred
